*Key Duties:*
* *Patient Care:* Provide direct and individualized nursing care to patients based on applying scientific nursing principles.
* *Patient Monitoring:* Regularly observe and record patient behavior, promptly report any changes to the medical team, and respond to any emergencies.
* *Medication Administration:* Administer medications to patients and monitor them for side effects or reactions.
* *Collaboration:* Work closely with the multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care to patients.
This includes liaising with physicians, therapists, and other medical professionals.
* *Education & Counseling:* Guide patients and their families on illness education, self-management, and health promotion.
Address any concerns or queries they may have.
* *Documentation:* Maintain accurate patient medical records and report the status of patients, ensuring that crucial information is communicated across the team.
Candidates should have a valid nursing license, exhibit dedication to patient care, and be open to continuous learning and adapting to various specialty environments.
