ABOUT YOUR ROLE:
This position consist of clinical direction of services to a child, youth or young adult
Development and revision of the Individualized Treatment Plan (ITP)
Oversight of the implementation of the ITP and consultation with a child, youth, or young adult treatment team regarding the ITP
Oversight of the Assistant Behavior Consultant and Behavioral Health Technician - ABA
Assures the completion of supervisory responsibilities in accordance with policies and applicable laws including training, assigning, and directing work of employees
POSITION DETAILS:
This is a full-time position (up to 40 hours a week) during daylight & after school/early evening hours may vary based on assigned consumers.
DO YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING REQUIRED EDUCATION, LICENSES AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
Master's degree
Licensed in this Commonwealth in one of the following:
Psychiatrist
Psychologist
Professional Counselor (LPC)
Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner with a mental health certification (CRNP)
Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
Social Worker (LSW)
Behavior Specialist (LBS)
or other professional with a scope of practice that includes overseeing the provision of ABA services
And one of the following:
BCBA
1 year of full time experience providing ABA services and 12 credits of ABA
1 year of full time or equivalent experience providing ABA services under BCBA supervision
**Licensed Psychologist in this Commonwealth and have a minimum of 1 year of full-time experience in providing clinical oversight of an ABA program and a minimum of 40 hours of training related to ABA approved by the Department or provided by a continuing education provider approved by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board**
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:
Language, mathematical, and reasoning ability skills
Up to 100% of travel between clinic, program office, and community locations
Must be proficient in use of electronic health record system
Must be proficient in completion of psychosocial assessments
Organization and attention to detail
Clear written and verbal communication skills
SIGN ON BONUS PAID AS FOLLOWS:
$1250 at 90 days | $1250 at 180 days | $1250 at 270 days | $1250 at 365 days.

We also provide Outpatient Mental Health Therapy and Intensive Behavioral Health Services in numerous locations throughout the state of PA.
