wanted car/truck (Cumberland)

I am in need of transportation, I am 57 yrs old on fixed income, had stroke September 5th , I am also a student at ACM.
I have over come a lot in my life but still have a way to go.
I don't have bad credit I have no established credit.
So i cant get funding for a new car, I need to put a engine in my blazer do to the snow i spun the bearings in the bottom end.
