*Position Overview: *We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Solar Installers.
As a Solar Installer, you will play a crucial role in the installation, assembly, and maintenance of solar energy systems.
No prior experience in the solar or electrical field is required; comprehensive training will be provided.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Assist in the installation and assembly of solar panels, racking systems, and other components according to established guidelines and safety protocols.
* Collaborate with experienced technicians to ensure accurate placement and alignment of solar modules, inverters, and electrical systems.
* Safely handle tools, equipment, and materials, adhering to safety guidelines at all times.
* Support the team in troubleshooting and resolving minor issues that may arise during installation or maintenance activities.
* Maintain a clean and organized work environment, both on the installation site and in the warehouse.
* Participate in training sessions to develop a solid understanding of solar energy systems, electrical components, and installation techniques.
* Learn about local building codes, regulations, and permitting processes related to solar installations.
* Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and clients to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to high standards.
* Assist with quality control inspections to ensure all systems are installed accurately and meet company standards.
*Qualifications:*
* High school diploma or equivalent is required.
* *MUST* be comfortable with heights and working on roofs, please seriously consider this before applying.
* Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills.
* Physical fitness and capability to lift, carry, and manipulate heavy objects as required.
* Teamwork and communication skills.
* Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
