Original Equipment Division has an immediate opening for a Manufacturing supervisor in our Production Facility.
The Manufacturing Supervisor’s scope is all aspects of daily facility operations with the support from Assistant Store and Manufacturing Managers.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Employee and departmental safety, quality, productivity and adherence to established Work Procedures/Policies
• Oversite of employee training, coaching and mentoring
• Departmental and workstation cleanliness
• Assistance with NCP (Non-Conforming Product) Procedures and CAR (Continuous Improvement Action Requests)
• Ensuring compliance with all Federal, State, Corporate and Facility standards, processes, procedures and/or laws
• Departmental assistance, when required
• Daily reporting of departmental production
• Other duties assigned by his/her manager
Job Requirements:
• Ability to readily recognize detailed accuracy of parts, components or assemblies
• Able to read and understand customer drawings or prints
• Effective communication skills both orally and written
• Safe, efficient forklift operations after successful completion of Pomp’s Forklift Training
• Ability to lift 50 pounds unrestricted
• Previous experience in a leadership role is strongly desired
