Estimator-Project Manager

Straw Construction is looking to hire a dependable Estimator-Project Manager.
The selected estimator-project manager will have a complete understanding and requirements of the project scope and requirements for the bid.
Prepare quantity takeoffs for all aspects of the construction project.
Confer with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain material and subcontractor pricing.
The ability to learn estimating techniques and cost control, plus the ability to interpret computerized cost data and systems is essential.
The estimator-project manager will handle submittal documentation, track work performed, identify change orders, and assist in cost input.
The selected candidate will help the team with contract management, preparation of subcontracts, project scheduling, invoicing, and allocation of resources.
Salary base on experience Plus Health Care and 401K.
