Manufacturing Associate

We custom blend, crush, dry, screen and package our products to best suit the needs of our customers.
Responsibilities: - Perform various tasks in a manufacturing environment, such as making, screening, and packaging products - Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment - Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area - Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines - Collect and label samples as needed.
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment Requirements: - Previous experience in a manufacturing setting is preferred - Ability to operate a forklift is a plus - Able to work in all weather conditions, subject to temperatures based on outside weather.
- Basic mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues - Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately - Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects as needed - Excellent teamwork and communication skills Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
