Job Description: Sales Executive

Responsibilities:
Conduct sales outbound calls to prospective clients, showcasing our interior design sites and visiting client sites too
Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to provide tailored solutions.
Conduct site visits and property tours to showcase available properties and interior design concepts.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
Meet and exceed sales targets, driving revenue growth for the company.
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, ensuring client satisfaction.
Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities for growth.
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Field job experience preferred, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Previous experience in property sales and interior design services is highly desirable.
Smart and presentable appearance, with a passion for sales and a customer-centric approach.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong problem-solving skills.
Highly motivated and target-driven, with a focus on achieving results.
