Assist individuals with identifying the best health insurance product to meet their individual needs.
You will provide a consultative sales experience, create solutions, ensure a smooth sales process while achieving sales and marketing goals.
*Requirements*
* *Have an active resident health insurance license in your state of residence.
*
* Successfully complete assigned product training and certification with multiple insurance carriers.
* Present and explain recommended product solutions, including benefits, features, company services, present alternatives as appropriate.
* Generate customer sales via referrals, community events and lead resources.
* Identify and cross-sell prospects on various product offerings.
* Deliver a best-in-class customer experience through a knowledgeable, positive, professional interaction.
* Help customer select appropriate health solutions by identifying and overcoming buying obstacles.
* Drive growth by exceeding sales goals and objectives.
* Self-directed and goal oriented with a focus on achieving sales success.
* Strive to resolve customer issues on first contact.
* Follows compliant sales scripts, and compliance procedures.
* Effective written and verbal communication skills.
*Preferred Qualifications*
* Medicare Industry Experience.
