Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member

ROLE DESCRIPTION: We are looking for a motivated Sales Representative to join our team.
This is a great opportunity for a candidate that is willing to put in the time and effort to create a profitable insurance career! RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.

Work alongside your agency’s team to ensure successful long-lasting customer relations.
Provide exceptional service to our clients.
QUALIFICATIONS: Sales experience (outside or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred Ability to effectively relate to a customer BENEFITS: Salary plus commission/bonus 1st year - a new salesperson can expect to make $25k to $50k 2nd year - a successful salesperson can expect to make $50k to $65k 3rd year - a highly motivated person can generate $85k or more!
