Insurance Sales Agent

American National is looking for confident, independent professionals to join our team as Agency Owners.
If you have a strong corporate sales, Insurance sales or business ownership back ground then this is a great opportunity for you.
We're looking for entrepreneurial minded people who aren’t afraid to get out there and get in front of clients.
You are not required to be licensed in insurance to accept this position, but you will need to get it before you can begin.
American National is offering a 3 month training program with pay.
Training pay starts at $4,000 per month.
Once you complete our training program you will receive a $4,000 bonus.
After training you will become a captive agent with American National.
From there you will receive a commission only compensation which is structured as follows: Property and Casualty: Year 1 - 35% yearly premium up front Year 2 - 25% yearly premium up front Year 3 - variable rate 12-20% yearly premium up front Life 85% yearly premium up front You will be fully entitled to residual commissions indefinitely providing the client remains with American National.
