Responsibilities Recognize and qualify personal insurance opportunities in person, online, by phone, and through electronic communication Confidently prepare quotes and present insurance products using agency technology and software with the ability to close deals Communicate with managers and coworkers in a friendly & professional manner Follow all company rules and regulations Assist customers with policy questions and endorsements Requirements Enjoy Sales Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent PA Property & Casualty or Personal Lines Insurance License 1 Year of Personal Lines Insurance experience Ability to remain focused and strive to provide outstanding customer service Be highly attentive to details Strong organization and time management skills The agency staff opportunity is not an employment opportunity directly with Allstate Insurance Co.
