Position Information: The Internet Sales Coordinator is responsible and accountable for lead and customer development in the sales department.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Greet every customer, every day
Maintain high ethical standards when dealing with customers, co-workers and vendors.
Put safety first.
Adhere to all Safety Policies, Procedures and Personal Protective Equipment standards
Communicate and follow up with all assigned internet and phone leads with first contact occurring within required timeframe and maintaining follow up for assigned process length
Maintain a disciplined and proactive daily schedule for conducting outgoing activity for the cultivation of new and existing customers
Greet all customers entering the store and at store sponsored events off-site
Contact existing customers with offers and opportunities regarding new and pre-owned vehicles, as assigned
Coordinate with marketing team to communicate with customers/leads from direct mail and electronic consumer offer campaigns, equity mining promotions and campaigns, events, and other initiatives.
Prioritize setting and confirming appointments with all customer interactions, when appropriate.
Facilitate the purchase by establishing a relationship with the customer and assessing the individual needs from the buyer.
Evaluate trends, customer feedback, and business initiatives and ensure appropriate planning, training, and allocation of resources to successfully achieve desired performance objectives
Create, maintain and measure the internet and business development processes
Use video for the promotion of dealership inventory to set and confirm sales appointments
Plan and organize own work schedule and revise if changes occur
Make outbound sold and unsold follow-up calls
Generate appointments through proactive prospecting and lead activity management in an effort to qualify and market to potential customers
Participate and attend BDC, marketing, and sales meetings as requested
Interact with customers with courtesy and efficiency.
Be available to respond to phone and email inquiries during scheduled times in a professional, well-spoken manner
Direct customers to product information resources, including those available on the internet
Deliver inquiries/messages intended for other sales personnel and departments promptly
Maintain a safe and clean workspace, as well as ensuring the entire facility is orderly, clean and
Requirements:
Qualifications: High school diploma or the equivalent.
Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Time management, prioritization skills, and the ability to multi-task are required.
Proficient in Microsoft Work, Excel, and Outlook.
Professional personal appearance.
Working Conditions: Will work in an office setting on the phone and computer most of the day.
