Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the store, including sales, customer service, and inventory management.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and product knowledge.
- Manage and motivate a team of employees to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including cash handling and loss prevention.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to increase sales.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment to enhance the shopping experience for customers.
- Collaborate with other store managers and corporate teams to share best practices and drive overall business success.
Experience:
- Proven experience in retail management, preferably in a similar store environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively communicate and motivate a team.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building long-term customer relationships.
- Experience in training and developing employees to maximize their potential.
- Proficiency in point-of-sale (POS) systems and cash register operations.
- Multilingual skills are a plus.
