RV Sales Trainee & Inventory Display

\*\*_Position Title_: \*\* *RV Sales Trainee & Inventory Display * \*\*_Job Summary_: \*\* As an RV Sales Trainee, you will undergo training to learn the ins and outs of the recreational vehicle (RV) sales industry.
You will work closely with experienced sales professionals to understand the sales process, customer relationship management, product knowledge, and sales techniques specific to the RV industry.
Throughout the training period, you will gradually assume more responsibilities and eventually transition into a full-fledged RV Sales Associate.
Individual will also be responsible for taking photo’s of all new and used inventory and uploading photo’s to website.
\*\*_Key Responsibilities_: \*\* 1.
Participate in training sessions to learn about RV products, features, and benefits.
2.
Taking quality photos of all inventory new and used and uploading to website.
Every unit requires quality photos of interior and exterior (approximately 30-50 photo’s per unit).
3.
Shadow experienced sales professionals to observe sales techniques, customer interactions, and negotiation strategies.
4.
Assist in maintaining a clean and organized showroom environment.
5.
Learn to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate RV models and accessories.
6.
Support the sales team in administrative tasks such as paperwork completion, data entry, and follow-up communications.
7.
Develop effective communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
8.
Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding sales processes, ethics, and customer service standards.
\*\*_Qualifications_: \*\* 1.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales or customer service is a plus.

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
3.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
4.
Enthusiastic attitude and willingness to learn.
5.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
6.
Basic computer skills, including familiarity with CRM software and MS Office suite.
7.
Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed as well as longer hours during peak sales seasons.
8.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
\*\*_Training and Development_: \*\* The RV Sales Trainee will undergo a comprehensive training program designed to provide the necessary knowledge and skills to succeed in the role.
Training will include classroom instruction, on-the-job shadowing, and hands-on experience in sales scenarios.
Additionally, ongoing coaching and mentorship will be provided to support the trainee's professional growth and development within the company.
\*\*_Career Path_: \*\* Upon successful completion of the training program, the RV Sales Trainee will transition into a full-time role as an RV Sales Associate with opportunities for advancement within the sales department or other areas of the company.
