- Utilizing various sourcing techniques, including social media, and professional networking platforms
-Proficient in MS Business Suite, Google Docs and other office equipment
- Experience in event/meeting planning
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date required records and data
- Familiarity with phone systems, DocuSign, and other recruitment tools/software
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with data entry and maintaining accurate records
- Knowledge of Google Suite (Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets) is a plus
- Previous experience in a personal assistant or administrative role is beneficial
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism
