Shepherd/ Husky mix Free To Good Home (Windber)

This is Leo.
Leo has been in a pet rough situation that I am trying desperately to get him out of.
He has been neglected and possibly abused for quite some time.
I cannot keep him, I don’t have the time to work with him the way he needs.
I don’t fully know what has been happening to him but he has potty issues and is very timid.
He is a very sweet boy once he warms up to you but that takes a little bit.
Leo is about a year and a half old but for the last six months, has been stuck in a kennel and alone.
A puppy from the litter after him was rehomed and is not doing well at all, so I predict he won’t be too much better.
