LOST CAT REWARD (Osterburg)

Our cat Elliott has been missing since November 10th.
He is friendly, missing his left eye, has no tail, and should have a collar with my information on his tag.
He got out on Main Street in St.
Clairsville/ Osterburg.
Someone may have picked him up or he may be hiding.
Reward for his safe return.
