We currently have an opening for a Overnight RN Supervisor 7p - 7a.
Previous long term care experience is nice to have, but is not required to begin a career with us.
A successful candidate will have a valid Pennsylvania Registered Nurse License or temporary practice permit and will assure the physical comfort, mental well-being of every resident while treating them with respect and dignity.

Job responsibilities include:
Ensure proper medical management of each resident
Take on the role of liaison between physicians, hospitals, family members and other medical personnel to ensure resident plan of care is followed.
Make daily resident visits to observe, and evaluate the resident's physical and emotional status and to direct the day-to-day functions of the nursing activities in accordance with current rules, regulations, and guidelines that govern long-term care facilities.
Supervise other nursing service personnel and to ensure medication passes and scheduled treatments are being administered as ordered by the physician.
Must be able to demonstrate the ability to think independently, supervise staff, and work as a team member for the good of the resident.
