*Responsibilities*:
- Provide direct and individualised nursing care to patients based on the application of scientific nursing principles
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician
- Monitor and document patient's condition and notify appropriate personnel of any changes
- Educate patients and their families on health conditions, self-care techniques, and prevention strategies
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes
*Requirements:*
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of {location}
- Minimum of {number} years of nursing experience in a clinical setting
– Proficient in infant care, health coaching, Corner, catheterization, DME (Durable Medical Equipment), sonography, home care, assisted living, ostomy care, and vital signs monitoring - Strong knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
