```Responsibilities```
- Assist patients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor and record vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, and pulse
- Provide emotional support and companionship to patients
- Administer medications under the supervision of a nurse
- Assist with mobility and transfers, using proper lifting techniques
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients
- Document patient observations and report any changes in condition to the nursing staff
```Experience```
To be successful in this role, you should have the following experience:
- Previous experience in hospice care, home care, or senior care is preferred
- Familiarity with airway management and tube feeding procedures
- Experience working with children or providing primary care is a plus
- Knowledge of spinal tap procedures is beneficial
