*Summary/Objective* In keeping with our organization’s goal of improving the lives of the Residents we serve, the Infection Control Preventionist’s role is to increase awareness of infection control issues in the facility and motivate staff to improve practice.
It is essential that they receive training from the infection control team to ensure their competence and compliance.
