Compensation: $90,000 - $100,000

Your Responsibilities as a Project Engineer/Project Manager:
Lead a diverse portfolio of environmental and land development projects.
Write and review technical reports and proposals.
Prepare and deliver marketing presentations.
Hire and manage subcontractors.
Mentor and train engineering staff and ensure quality work product.
Ensure safe performance of project work.
Source for new business opportunities.

What we're looking for:
BA/BS in Environmental Science or Civil Engineering.
6 to 8 years of proven technical experience.
Proficiency with MS Office suite.
Ability to engage and motivate a team.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Good safety record and understanding of safe work practices.
Valid driver's license, good driving history and reliable transportation are required.
Experience with Deltek Vision preferred.
