We are currently looking for a: Idlewild- Warehouse Supervisor Roles & Responsibilities: Roles & Responsibilities Greet all guests with a friendly smile and inviting manner! Smile and communicate with coworkers and guests Help guests by answering questions Train and supervise warehouse team members to make certain they are capable of performing the job task(s) assigned to them in a professional and timely manner as well as interacting appropriately with guests, including the information needed to answer guest questions Ensure that the Warehouse opens and closes at the proper times established by the operational needs of the day Monitor daily delivery operations of the Warehouse, ensure accurate storage and accounting of the products ordered as well as monitoring the Food Safety of all products entering the facility and notifying management of any discrepancies Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits Ensure all orders placed through the company's ordering system is properly received and all system receiving is complete within a 24-hour time frame as guided by management Strictly adhere to all applicable labor laws Process, receive, rotate and correctly store retail, paper products, food, and food product items within the warehouse (which includes dry storage, frozen and refrigerated areas) Monitor stock levels of the warehouse and communicate any shortages in orders and inventory to the management team Answer the warehouse phones and two-way radio pages to accurately take stock orders Complete orders and responsibilities in a quick and responsive manner Ensure warehouse team members correctly and efficiently deliver products to requested locations Assist with catering events Make sure ice and air voids are delivered to designated locations before park opening and prior to the start of scheduled picnics/events Review and confirm daily inventory logs are complete, accurate and up to date Maintain equipment properly and report problems with equipment to maintenance staff during operation so that problems are corrected, this includes the safe operation of vehicles Support our park through other duties as assigned by your manager Team member is responsible for providing proper footwear (Non-Slip / Non-Skid) Education and Experience: High School Diploma and 1+ years of experience required Languages: English Basic Qualifications: Must be at least 18 years of age on the date of applying Must be able to speak and read the English language Must have a valid Driver’s License Must have reliable transportation to and from work for your scheduled shift Must work well with other team members and be able to interact with our guests in a fast-paced environment Must display a positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and professional image in compliance with Idlewild and SoakZone guidelines Requirements: Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays Must be able to work 1 weekend day (Saturday, Sunday) per week throughout the operational season Must be able to work at least three (3) days per week and at least 24 hours per week from June through August (Shifts are available starting in May and continue through October.
) Working Conditions: Team Members are subject to a variety of weather conditions, including but not limited to: extreme heat, humidity, sun exposure, cold, and inclement weather.
Physical requirements include the ability to stand (for up to five hours at a time), walk long distances within the park, bend at the waist and knees and have repeated manual dexterity; the ability to carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds without assistance on a regular basis; and the ability to regularly reach above shoulder level Idlewild and Soakzone is an Equal Opportunity Employment.
