We are currently seeking a skilled Automotive Production Manager to lead our Collision Center operations.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of production within the Collision Center, ensuring efficient workflow, high-quality repairs, and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
Manage daily operations of the Collision Center, including workflow planning, scheduling, and resource allocation to meet production goals.
Coordinate with estimators, technicians, and parts department to ensure timely completion of repairs and efficient utilization of resources.
Oversee quality control processes to ensure repairs meet industry standards and customer expectations.
Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) to streamline production processes and improve efficiency.
Train, mentor, and supervise production staff to ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as cycle time, repair quality, and customer satisfaction, and implement corrective actions as needed.
Collaborate with insurance companies and adjusters to facilitate smooth claims processing and resolution.
Maintain inventory of parts and materials, and coordinate with vendors to ensure timely availability.
Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Automotive Technology, Business Administration, or a related field preferred but not required.
Minimum of two years of experience in automotive repair, with at least three years in a management or supervisory role within a collision repair facility.
Strong technical knowledge of automotive repair processes and procedures.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve goals.
Proficiency in collision repair estimation software and automotive shop management systems.
Knowledge of insurance industry practices and procedures related to collision repair.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Commitment to maintaining a safe working environment and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
I-CAR or ASE certifications a plus
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
