House Managers are responsible for providing “Hands-on” support and assistance to adults with developmental disabilities.
You will also be responsible for the following,
* Provide support for growth, development, day-to-day management, and oversight of the assigned residential houses.
* Supervision of the assigned residential houses and staff.
* Serving as a liaison and supporting other departments when needed.
*Full-Time Position *
Primary schedule Monday thru Friday and rotating “on-call” with other House Managers as needed.
*Paid Training MANDT, CPR/FA, BBP, and more.

*Qualifications:*
* Associate Degree in Human Services is preferred.
* Experience will be considered in lieu of the educational requirement.
* Two (2) to five (5) years in a Residential or Personal Support Services environment
* Two (2) to five (5) years of experience in a supervisory role is preferred.
*You will need the following to be considered for hire:*
* Valid Driver's License with 2 points or less
* Ability to lift 50+ Lbs
* Covid-19 Vaccine
