Assistant Residential Directors are responsible for providing “Hands-on” support and assistance to adults with developmental disabilities.
You will also be responsible for the following,
* Provide support for growth, development, day-to-day management, and oversight of the assigned residential houses.
* Supervision of the assigned residential houses, staff, and House Managers.
* Serving as a liaison and supporting other departments when needed.
*Full-Time Position *
Primary schedule Monday thru Friday and rotating “on-call” with other Assistant Residential Directors as needed.
*Paid Training MANDT, CPR/FA, BBP, and more.

*Qualifications:*
* Bachelor's Degree in Human Services is preferred.
* One (1) to Two (2) years of work experience and knowledge of the needs of individuals with disabilities are preferred.
* Demonstrate supervisor abilities, skills, budget management, and be able to manage staff effectively.
* Two (2) to five (5) years of experience in a supervisory role
* Two (2) to five (5) years working in a Direct Support care position and/or healthcare environment
*You will need the following to be considered for hire:*
* Valid Driver's License with 2 points or less
* Ability to lift 50+ Lbs
* Covid-19 Vaccine
