Director of Facilities Management

*This position is a highly regarded within the organization.
Responsible for directing and organizing all preventative maintenance functions as per OSHA, Department of Health, Department of Human Services, and Life Safety Code.
Handle all other maintenance needs and requests.
Responsible for safe and efficient operations at all buildings and property.
Work closely with the Nursing Home Administrator, and all other department managers to assure the best outcomes for residents and staff.
* *Must have good written and verbal communication skills, supervisory experience, knowledge of life safety standards as per department of health regulations a plus.
High school diploma or GED required; general working knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical, plumbing and carpentry skills necessary.
Prior experience in healthcare/long term care setting a plus.
