Project Manager, Supply Chain

*SUMMARY: *The Product Manager is responsible for leading the Product Specialists and Product Support Coordinators, along with overseeing all current and future product lines supported by Wheeler Fleet Solutions.
This position will lead product meetings for both our legacy customers and our private label brand – Wheeler Fit.
The Product Manager will work closely with others in Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality, Operations, and Sales on all product launches and troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
*DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:* * Oversee Wheeler’s product line strategy and Line Card.
* Lead Product Specialists and Product Support Coordinators.
* Work with all departments on new product launches and strategies.
* Set up training sessions for Wheeler personnel on new products.
* Understanding of Customer’s Preferences (Quality, Brand Choices, and Price).
* Create individual and team goals that align with the department and company’s overall strategy.
* Create new ways to analyze and extract data.
* Ensure integrity of product data for new and existing SKU’s.
* Travel up to 20% both international and domestic * Attend trade shows and other industry events.
* Other duties as assigned.
*MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:* * Bachelor’s degree in business or related and a minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience.
Or an additional 4 years of relevant work experience in lieu of degree.
* Five years related experience in automotive or Heavy-Duty product management.
* Three years of leadership experience *OTHER:* * Experience with Infor M3 * Experience with IBM AS400 * Experience with Microsoft BI * The selected applicant will be subject to a background check and drug testing Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $54,951.
