Position Summary: Assist in planning, organizing, developing, and directing the overall operation of the Dietary.
Oversee all aspects of vending machine sales and service in accordance with current applicable federal, state, and local standards; guidelines and regulations, established policies and procedures, as may be directed by the dietitian and or administrator, to assure that quality food service is provided at all times.
Work closely with Memorial Medical Center Dietary as well as Dietician.

Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent.
Two (2) years dietary experience in a supervisory position.
Serv Safe Certificate or Certified Food Protection Professional.
