Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the shift
- Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction
- Coordinate and delegate tasks to team members
- Train and develop team members on company policies and procedures
- Monitor food production and quality to meet standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining area
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests
- Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies
- Collaborate with other shift leaders and management to achieve goals
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a hotel or restaurant setting
- Strong customer service skills
- Knowledge of kitchen operations and food production
- Leadership abilities with experience in team management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
