Customer Relations Manager

Total Biz Fulfillment, is a full service package fulfillment center and office facilities serving manufacturers who utilize a business-to-business sales strategy.
The Customer Service Manager will promote and safeguard satisfactory and profitable long-term relationships with the customers of Total Biz Fulfillment.
* Another key function is to provide pertinent customer and order information to the other departments of Total Biz to facilitate the performance of their responsibilities.
* Another basic function of this position is that of an administrator and coordinator to provide the necessary planning, organization, direction and control to meet the customer service goals of the company and Total Biz clients.
* Necessary, at times, to travel to other TBF locations to coach, monitor, and assess Customer Service Associates stationed at other TBF locations.
* Understands the various customer order management on-line platforms, and how they interact with TBF systems.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: $55,000.
00 - $60,000.
