Call Center Agent (Experience Required)

*Hiring Immediately!* *Job Summary* *3:00pm-11:00pm / 11:00pm-7:00am* *We are a 24 hour 365 day call center.
Need staff that can work weekends and Holidays* *Applicant must live within 30 minute Commute.
* MEI CyberCorp Maintains a 24 hour 365 day Call Center to support the MEI CyberGate and MEI CyberGuard Security Units that are installed at Customer Sites all over Pennsylvania and surrounding States.
*Responsibilities and Duties* a.
Take calls from Site Visitors, interview and verify they are allowed to enter a site and than give them access.

Respond to Monitored Site Alarms c.
Track the Health of all Managed Hardware in the field by reviewing information on monitors.
d.
Obtaining information from visitor such as name, Driver ID number, Truck number, Vehicle License number and several questions.
Above must be done correctly and as efficiently as possible while another site may be calling in at the same time.

Proficient in typing minimum of 45 wpm b.

Great phone voice.
g.
Great at coaching visitors over the phone on tasks they need to perform correctly like properly providing the information required to qualify their admittance to a site.

Because the conversations are by intercom phones, the operator must be able to patiently understand the caller that may speaking in different tones.
