We are looking for a Customer Service Representative and Dispatcher.
A Customer Service Representative will act as a liaison, provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our customers or technicians might face with accuracy and efficiency.
We are looking for someone who is excited to help customers, patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative.
Customer Service Representatives can put themselves in their customers' shoes and advocate for them when necessary.
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative who is confident at troubleshooting and investigates if they don't have enough information to resolve customer complaints.
The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
* Manage large amounts of incoming calls.
Calls must be answered using the approved company script.
* Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction based on type of call, customers' needs, and technician availability.
* Dispatch calls, coordinating work schedule with Operations Manager and Office Manager.
* Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
* Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas.
* Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
* Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
* Track call sources, call backs, marketing and spending.
* Call every customer after the service to ensure satisfaction.
Skills
* Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
* Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
* Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
* High School Degree
