is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team! Primary responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, monitoring of electronic gaming devices within the facility, and fuel counter responsibility.
*Duties & Responsibilities*
* Responsible for the monitoring of electronic gaming device activity in an assigned area.
* Responsible for monitoring guests in the gaming area.
* Interact with clerks, management, and customers to solve issues as they arise
* Exchanges currency for guests.
* Educates and enrolls electronic gaming device guests in the Slot Marketing Program.
* Must follow all; Pennsylvania Gaming Board Requirements, internal controls, and company policies and standards.
* Attend the fuel counter as needed
*Qualifications: *
* Ability to read, comprehend, and interpret written and/or oral instructions.
* Ability to communicate with internal and/or external guests.
* Ability to perform basic mathematical operations such as: addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
* Ability to read, write, comprehend, and speak English.
* Must be a US Citizen
* Must be at least 18 years or older.
*Education & Experience:*
* High School Diploma or equivalent experience related to the nature of the position.

* Evening shift
* Night shift
* Overnight shift
* Weekends as needed
