Position: Front Desk Associate
Location: Fairfield Inn by Marriott Cumberland, MD
Shift: Evenings, weekends, and holidays.
3:30 PM - 11:30 PM
As a Front Desk Associate with us, you will be at the forefront of guest interactions, managing bookings, addressing inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service.
Your duties will include:
Warmly welcoming guests upon arrival, ensuring they feel valued and appreciated throughout their stay.
Managing guest bookings according to company guidelines, including efficient check-in and check-out processes, answering phones, and handling financial transactions accurately.
Coordinating effectively with all hotel departments to address guest requests promptly and efficiently, ensuring their needs are met.
Taking on additional duties as assigned by the management team to contribute to the smooth operation of the property.
Performing physical tasks such as sitting, bending, climbing, standing, reaching, and walking for up to 90% of the workday, as well as lifting and carrying up to 60 lbs.
