Guest Services Representative - Administrative Position

Savage River Lodge is looking for a part time, up to full time, guest services representative.
Position is 32 hours per week and includes weekends and holidays.
Shifts are regularly 7:30am to 3:30pm or 11:00am to 7:00pm and rotate.
Primary duties includes providing explempary customer service to in-house guests, phone and email communication to book guests for stays and assist them with concierege service.
Additional duties include backing up housekeeping on inspecting cleanliness of rooms, finalizing all paperwork and information for guests and accounting, and organizing information for other departments.
Pay is dependent upon hospitality cusomer service experience, but starts at $15.
50 per hour.
While none is required, good customer service and people skills are a necessity.
The work environment is fast-paced and requires flexibility.
Guest Services representatives are not sendentary at a desk, the position does require movement around the property.
Ability to advance to a lead position quickly for the right candidate.
