YOUR JOB:
You will be responsible for providing after-sale product support.
In this role you will be working cross- departmental to resolve installment and product issues or warranty claims.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Providing world-class customer service to Rockland customers and teammates
Communicating effectively with heavy equipment dealership sales, service, parts, and maintenance teams
Resolving customer complaints and providing technical support to customers
Maintaining case details in Rockland’s customer complaint reporting system
Reviewing warranty claims, service estimates, and work orders
Providing quotes for replacement parts and services
Creating and processing sales orders
Documenting warranty action plans and resolutions and collaborating with the internal teams to prevent issues
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:
1-3 years of experience in a customer service or product support role
Experience with Technical service support preferred
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Time management, planning, organizational and task execution skills
Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities
Proficiency in MS Office Suite
High School Diploma or equivalent
ERP experience
