Job Purpose: Greeting Customers, in a busy Christian Conference Center setting.
Answering questions, answering incoming calls, announcing calls, providing directions and checking guests into and out of the facility.
Key Responsibilities:

Answer a high volume of calls
2.
Log information on calls received and maintain detailed information
3.
Perform Check in and Check out procedures on management software
4.
Balance Cash drawer at end of shift
5.
Perform routine clerical tasks as assigned
6.
Maintain knowledge of local attractions and activities
7.
Operate a variety of standard office machines, including personal compute, fax machine, copy machine and postage meter
8.
Must have good written and oral communication skills- interaction between other employees, supervisors, and guests is a must
9.
Establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, supervisors, and the general public
10.
Perform reception duties in an efficient, professional and courteous manner
11.
Maintain regular and consistent attendance, personal appearance, and adherence to relevant health and safety procedures
All duties will be performed on the Antiochian Village Property.
Please note: We are not able to accommodate start or stop times outside of our standard scheduled shifts for this position.
Standard Shifts are 7AM-3PM or 3PM-11PM.
We are also not able to accommodate weekday only shift requests.
All applicants must be able to work both shifts and weekends.
