The Customer Liaison keeps all incoming TOSC customer orders and their requirements flowing efficiently to the TOSC Fulfillment team.
They keep all TOSC customers apprised of order movement, merchandise run outs and quality reports.
This role serves as a support for the facility operations department as well as a conduit for customer needs while upholding all facility GMPs and food safety guidelines.
Reports to: Chief Operations Officer Job Responsibilities Fulfillment Support ● Assist in process incoming fulfillment orders ● Create shipping labels and prepare by category/priority for the fulfillment team ● Collect and organize all outbound BOL’s ○ Coordinate with the Operations Manager for any potential inbound truck connections for outbound orders ● Conduct consistent finished goods quality checks and report out to the Operations Manager ● Update the Fulfillment Supervisor when new shipping requirements arise from TOSC Customers Inventory Management ● Update the finished goods sold inventory daily and report out the weekly finals to the Fulfillment Supervisor ● Manage all pallet, mastercase and caddy label templates and create new as needed for the Fulfillment team ● Monitor all department tools and report out to the Purchasing department any necessary orders that are needed to maintain business ○ Shipping boxes, tape, products, marketing materials, ect TOSC Customer Support ● Work with TOSC Customers to update their shipping requirements and expectations ● Maintain TOSC customer merchandise and marketing materials with live inventory reports and communicate order runouts ● Collect facility certificates and keep them up to date ● Maintain all updated nutritional specifications ● Track and trend the customer feedback reports ○ Gather all necessary data and or retention samples for QA to investigate ○ Gather QA department responses and report back to TOSC Customer Health & Safety ● Keep in accordance with all TOSC food safety guidelines ● Understand Departmental GMPs Administrative ● Order Processing ● Customer correspondence ● Certification and document organization ● Label creation General ● Understand overall company structure ● Demonstrate teamwork and respect with all other team members ● Maintain a positive attitude and professionalism at all times ● Work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner ● Make sure fulfillment team members are set up for success ● Effective utilization of labor hours ● Communicate changes to the fulfillment team ● Project Management ● Establish and maintain food safety and team culture Job Type: Full-time Pay: $20.
