As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns, and ensuring their overall satisfaction.

* Duties: - Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to provide assistance and resolve any issues or concerns - Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently - Analyze customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions or recommendations - Maintain customer records and update information as needed - Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and resolve any outstanding issues - Conduct outbound calls to provide proactive support or engage in upselling opportunities - Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and professionalism in all customer interactions Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Proficient in data entry and computer skills - Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions - Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail - Multilingual abilities are highly desirable -Have or willing to obtain Property & Casualty License with option to obtain Life & Health We offer competitive pay, comprehensive training, and opportunities for career growth within our organization.
