*Customer Service Representative* Total Biz Fulfillment, Inc is a leading distribution/fulfillment company with 4 campuses in Western Maryland.
*Customer Service Representative* – This position will process orders within standards which requires communication by phone & emails with clients, buyers & Customers.
This is an exciting position with tremendous opportunity for growth within the company! The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing excellent service at all 4 campuses.
Qualifications: · High School Graduate or equivalent required; previous experience in customer service preferred but not required; ability to work well in a team environment; strong computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel; ability to work both independently and as part of a team; ability to work well under pressure; strong communication skills both written and verbal required Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $15.
