Duties
You will serve as the Senior Intelligence Analyst (SIA) and subject matter expert for engineering modeling and simulation to provide advanced engineering analysis within the Integrated Modeling and Simulation Department.
You will organize, plan, direct and advise divisional/departmental resources to produce Scientific and Technical Intelligence based naval threat representative integrated weapon system models and simulations.
You will be responsible for developing various concepts of operations (CONOPS) of engineering tool development and implementation for use in modeling naval threat representative integrated weapon systems.
You will be required to develop and execute engineering analysis on the integrated models and simulations, while mentoring colleagues on usage.
You will represent Farragut, ONI and the Department of the Navy at senior national level and foreign forums.
You will communicate with ONI all source analysts from all areas of responsibilities across threat surface vessels to assist with the full model life-cycle process to include requirement generation, design, development, verification, and validation.
