We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Commercial and Residential Cleaner to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and sanitation of commercial and residential spaces.
This role involves performing a variety of cleaning tasks, from dusting and sweeping to vacuuming and mopping, to maintain a safe and pleasant environment for our clients.
*Key Responsibilities:*
*Cleaning and Sanitizing-* Clean and sanitize commercial and residential spaces, including offices, homes, common areas, bathrooms, kitchens, and more.
*Dusting and Polishing-* Dust surfaces, furniture, and fixtures, and polish as necessary to maintain a clean and orderly appearance.
*Vacuuming and Sweeping-* Vacuum carpets and rugs, and sweep and mop hard floors.
*Trash Removal-* Empty and replace trash bags in bins and dispose of waste in a hygienic manner.
*Window and Mirror Cleaning-* Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces to ensure they are streak-free and spotless.
*Restroom Cleaning-* Clean and disinfect restroom fixtures/toilets, replenish supplies, and ensure a fresh and hygienic environment.
*Kitchen Cleaning-* Clean and sanitize kitchen areas, including countertops, sinks, appliances, and floors.
*Specialized Cleaning-* Perform specialized cleaning tasks as required, such as upholstery cleaning or carpet stain removal.
*Inventory Management-* Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment, report when supplies need replenishing, and handle them with care.
*Adherence to Safety Standards-* Follow safety guidelines and use appropriate cleaning solutions and equipment to ensure the safety of yourself and others.
*Client Interaction-* Communicate with clients to ensure their cleaning needs and expectations are met, and address any specific requests or concerns.
*Documentation-* Maintain accurate records of completed cleaning tasks, timesheets, and any additional information required by the company.
*Work Schedule-* Follow a regular cleaning schedule and accommodate occasional after-hours or weekend cleaning as needed.
*Qualifications:*
* Previous experience in commercial and residential cleaning is a plus.
* Knowledge of cleaning products, equipment, and techniques.
* Strong attention to detail and a commitment to providing excellent service.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Physical stamina and the ability to lift and move objects as required.
* High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
