We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Full-Time Custodial Technician to join our team at a high-rise apartment building.
As a Custodial Technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness, sanitation, and overall appearance of the common areas, amenities, and public spaces.
In addition to custodial duties, you will also be responsible for cleaning vacant apartments on turns, ensuring they are move-in ready for new residents.
*Responsibilities:*
1.
Clean and maintain common areas, amenities, and public spaces:
- Ensure the cleanliness of hallways, stairwells, lobbies, elevators, and laundry rooms.
- Vacuum, sweep, mop, and dust floors and surfaces, leaving them free from debris and stains.
- Regularly sanitize and disinfect restrooms, restocking supplies as needed.
- Collect and dispose of trash and recycling, maintaining a clean and organized environment.

Prepare vacant apartments for new residents:
- Perform thorough cleaning of apartments during turnover periods, ensuring they are move-in ready.
- Clean and sanitize kitchens, bathrooms, floors, and surfaces to the highest standards.
- Check and replenish essential supplies such as toilet paper, soap, and other amenities.
3.
Assist with maintenance tasks:
- Report maintenance and repair needs to the appropriate staff member promptly.
- Collaborate with the lead maintenance technician to address maintenance issues efficiently.
- Support seasonal tasks such as snow removal and salt application as required.
4.
Provide exceptional customer service:
- Offer excellent customer service to residents and guests, responding to their requests and inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Maintain a friendly and approachable demeanor while addressing concerns or resolving issues.
