Furnace works.
Board was just replaced.
2 30lbs propane tanks included.
A/C units in living room and bedroom work.
Both recently repaired with new parts.
Fridge/Freezer works on propane.
Sofa has a large bottom roll out drawer.
It also doubles as a pull-out queen size bed.
The stove and over both work.
Countertop microwave.
Brand new.
The plumbing, roof, and awning are all in good condition.
Awning is electric.
It will need some light cleaning.
The carpets could use a shampooing.
There's a rough spot on the floor in front of the sink that was there when I first bought it.
No change to it.
There's siding and steps that were used for it, you may have them with the camper if you'd like to try to use them.
