* Part-time work schedule of 15-20 hours per week
Responsibilities:
* Greeting visitors and answering phones
* Parish communications
* Updating parish website
* Implementing financial procedures
* Performing basic administrative duties
Qualifications:
* Supportive of the mission of the Roman Catholic Church
* Successfully complete background checks and training applicable to diocesan requirements
* Associate degree in business and two years of experience or five years of practical experience within an office setting
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Office program
* Electronic accounting and payroll experience
* Professional oral and written communication skills
* High levels of confidentiality, professionalism and integrity
