family of 3 seeking help buying a home (hagerstown)

i am a single father/parent i take care of my Autistic 5 year old and 73 year old disabled Mother we want a home of our own we are seking help in buying i filed chap 7 during covid epidemic but as of july 2023, two years has passed i was approved to buy a home but only in the $230,000 range absolutely nothing was available for us (they were all junk) i had to stop my job due to my son's condition but will hopefully start working again before the year is up just need hand i am doing the responsibke thing of waiting until next year when i will qualify for 100% USDA in August 2024 if you are about to lose your home to foreclosure, please consider us we will continue to make the mortgage payments and hpefully refinance for us to buy it from you next year please consider us thank you
