* *Market Research*: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market demands.
* *Sales Presentations*: Conduct compelling sales presentations to potential clients, showcasing the quality and value of our wood products.
* *Negotiation*: Skillfully negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to secure successful deals.
* *Territory Management*: Manage a designated sales territory, ensuring efficient coverage and maximizing sales potential.
* *Collaboration*: Work closely with our production and customer service teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
* *Reporting*: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions.
*Qualifications:*
* *Experience: Minimum of 2 years in outside sales, Minimum of 1 year experience within the wood manufacturing or related wood industry.

* *Knowledge*: Familiarity with wood products, finishes, and applications.
* *Communication Skills*: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* *Self-Motivated*: Proactive, results-driven, and able to work independently.
* *Valid Driver’s License*: Required for travel within the assigned territory.
