Objectives of this role The Regional Manager is responsible for overseeing the operational and strategic aspects of security services within their designated region.
This leadership role requires a dynamic individual with proven experience in managing security personnel, implementing security protocols, and ensuring the highest standards of safety and security are maintained.
The Regional Manager will collaborate with various departments to achieve organizational goals and foster a culture of excellence.
Responsibilities:
• Supervise, lead, and mentor a team of security personnel
• Assist with Recruiting, train, and develop security staff to ensure a skilled and cohesive team
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback
• Implement and enforce security protocols, policies, and procedures in accordance with industry standards and company guidelines
• Monitor and analyze security operations to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations related to security services
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their security needs and expectations as the main point of contact

• Collaborate with the finance department to manage the regional budget by Monitor expenses and identifying cost-saving opportunities
• Identify training and licensing needs and coordinate with the training department to provide ongoing education for security personnel
• Assist with developing and implementing emergency response plans to address various security threats; coordinating with local authorities and emergency services to ensure effective response to incidents
